James started James & Friends Disability Advocacy Network in the hopes that all individuals with disabilities would life happy healthy and a joy filled life. As a adult with Cerebral Palsy he understands the struggles, frustrations, hardships and blessings in life, and his desire is to see those with different types of special needs have the same opportunities in life he has experienced.
Michael Gurchiek
Michael has 2 disabled children and is a disabled Vietnam Vet. His children have suffered from bipolar disorder all their lives. Michael sits on the board of directors as the Vice President for James & Friends Disability Advocacy Network and has a passion to see individuals with disabilities live successful independent lives without fear of discrimination. James Cerebral Palsy Foundation is a great Organization to work for and I believe wholeheartedly in the vision of our Founder and CEO James Anderson.

Gina Burns
Gina is the founder of #MomsAgainstTorture and now a board member of & Friends Disability Advocacy Network. Gina is our chief officer on mental illness. She comes with life experience having mental illness and along with her family.
As a matter of survival. The impacted Black and Indigenous moms who founded #MomsAgainstTorture have been fighting to protect their families and communities for years. There has been no justice for us in the criminal legal system, which has been all too happy to torture our loved ones for profit instead of providing them treatment.

My name is Jan Klein and I am the secretary for James & Friends Disability Advocacy Network. I have seen and experienced the work that James has been doing to help others with disabilities and it has inspired to get involved.
Quincy Rhodes
Quincy is the Chief Financial Officer for James & Friends Disability Advocacy Network. Quincy Rhodes was born on December 13, 1979, to the union of the late Bill Rhodes, Jr., and Mattieline Waller. He is the fifth child out of six when his mother remarried Scottie Waller. Growing up in Madison, Ga, Quincy was active in church and community even helping with setup of the Morgan County African American Museum where later he would be part of the Board of Directors helping secure grants for upkeep of the entire museum.
Quincy Rhodes attended Greene County School System where he was active on the Football team and Track and Field, Beta Club, Interact, and Debate Team. Already seen as a leader in his school in middle school and community, Quincy at the age of nine was licensed for ministry and ordained at the age of nineteen. After graduating high school, Quincy would leave Madison, Ga and go to Fort Valley State University where he was a Mass Communications Major and played football for the SIAC Champs Fort Valley State Wildcats.
Quincy was instrumental while at Fort Valley State helping discover the African American World Studies Institute, the John W. Davidson Lecture Series, and many other accomplishments including being an Ambassador of the University to Ghana Africa in Accra where he had the privilege of painting one of the schools and even spending time with elders.
